World Smile Day.
Hello Readers.
Did you know that today, October 5th, is World Smile Day?
World Smile Day was founded by Harvey Ball the creator of the smiley face symbol.
Harvey wanted to devote one day a year to promoting acts of kindness and good will.
Today at Lexington Properties we have a lot to SMILE about. Let's begin.
1. First, we have a winner from last months contest.
Congratulations to Laura Lockett.
The answer to our contest question was, How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days.
Laura won a $25.00 American Express gift card.
Get ready for this months contest coming next week.
2. Funny Story.
Last week one of our showing agents took a perspective tenant to see a property. At the end of the showing, the tenant asked for an application. Our agent gave her an application and said she could email or fax it back to our office once it was completed. Realizing the application was on yellow paper, the tenant with a confused look said; "I don't think I can fax it back, I don't think my fax machine can send yellow paper".
Our agent assured her she could send the fax just as it was and that it did not need to come on yellow paper.
Just for the record: we will except all applications on ANY colored paper.

Tenant With A Green Thumb
Happy Friday Readers!
Today we have a green thumb story.
An agent from our office went out for an annual inspection and found that one of our tenants has an extremely green thumb.

Things are looking UP.
Things are looking Up, here at Lexington Properties. We have 50 properties listed. Most of our properties have recently been updated. Beautiful new kitchens with granite countertops, new cabinets, and new light fixtures, baths with new tile, and new fixtures. New paint and new carpet through-out these homes as well. We have more properties popping Up soon.
